In March, 760,691 women and 550,610 men attended the courses organized by the Public Education Centers and 58 percent of people who enrolled in the courses in the public education centers were women while 68 percent of people who attended vocational education training programs were women.

 

Total of 111,620 people attended the courses organized by the public education centers in İstanbul. Highest demand respectively came from İstanbul, Mersin, Bursa, Antalya and İzmir.

 

Meanwhile, Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer noted that the Ministry continues to increase its quality and capacity of formal education and responds to education demands of people from all ages at the public education centers in the entire country.

 

"In January of 2022, a total of 608,282 people attended the courses organized by these centers while the number of people enrolled in the public education courses reached 725,270 in February. Number of people attending the public education courses increased by 81 percent and reached 1 million 314 thousand and 61 in March. Number of people who benefit from the courses in the first three months of 2022 reached 2 million 641 thousand and 613," said Minister Özer.

 

Those who successfully completed the course programs can receive their certificates from the e-State portal. All certificates include barcodes.
