VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS MADE EXPORT AGREEMENTS WITH 5 DIFFERENT COUNTRIES WITHIN 11 MONTHS

Vocational High Schools signed export agreements worth 2 million and 750 thousand liras with 5 different countries within 11 months.

Steps taken in an effort to improve practice skills of students in vocational and technical schools and law amendments gave results.
 
Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer said that they have been focusing on commercializing the registered products of vocational high schools.
 
Stressing that vocational high schools also started to export these commercialized products, Minister Özer went on to say that, "Our vocational high schools include new countries to the export list and improve their position in the global market.  Within this framework, vocational high schools are exporting their products to 5 countries namely France, Romania, Iraq, Bosnia Herzegovina and North Macedonia. Total value of export agreements with mentioned countries reached 2 million and 754 thousand liras. Electric- electronic experiment sets, shawls, iron doors, furnace systems, chemical and cleaning materials were among the leading export products. Our students both learn by practicing all stages of the production process and make contributions to the country's economy. We are proud of our schools and students."
